How long does shipping take?

Delivery takes between 5 to 14 business days, depending on your location. We do not offer express shipping at the moment.

Do you ship internationally?

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Can I return or exchange a product?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges, unless the product arrives damaged, broken, or defective.

What should I do if I received a damaged product?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@luxenaofficial.com with clear photos of the product and packaging. If the issue is confirmed, we’ll offer a replacement or a refund.

Are refunds guaranteed?

Refunds are only issued in cases of proven damage or defect. No other refund requests will be accepted.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes. Our formulas are gentle, clean, and dermatologist-tested.

Are your products cruelty-free ?

Absolutely. All our products are cruelty-free and never tested on animals.

What’s the shelf life of your products?

On average, 6 to 12 months after opening. The PAO (Period After Opening) symbol is printed on each product label.

I made a mistake in my order. Can I change it?
